Q: What is the difference between SPA-C and SPA-H?

A: SPA-C is cold rolled with thinner gauges (typically 0.6-1.5 mm), tighter tolerances, and a smoother surface. SPA-H is hot rolled, generally 1.6 mm and above, with a rougher mill-scale finish suitable for heavier structural applications.

Q: Can third-party inspection be arranged before shipment?

A: Yes. SGS, BV, TÜV, Intertek, or other customer-designated inspection agencies are accepted before shipment.

Q: What is the typical production lead time?

A: Delivery is usually completed within 7-45 days, depending on order quantity, specifications, and production schedule.

Q: Can I obtain a free sample before placing an order?

A: Yes. Free samples are available after price confirmation. Samples are normally prepared within 3-7 days and delivered by express in 3-5 days. Courier charges are paid by the customer.

Q: What international equivalent grades are comparable to SPA-C?

A: SPA-C is generally comparable to ASTM A606 Type 4, EN S355J2W / S355J2WP, and COR-TEN® B for reference. Final substitution should be confirmed according to project specifications.

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: For orders ≤ USD 1,000, 100% T/T in advance. For orders > USD 1,000, 30% T/T deposit with the 70% balance before shipment.
