Low-Temperature Impact Toughness
Performance: Charpy V-notch impact energy consistently exceeds 47 J at temperatures down to -40°C (Grade EH36/FH36), preventing brittle fracture in harsh oceanic conditions.
Process: TMCP combined with Nb-V-Ti fine-grain micro-alloying.

Weldability & Cold Crack Resistance
Performance: Carbon equivalent Ceq ≤0.38% (Pcm ≤0.22%).
Process: Low carbon composition enables high-heat-input welding without cold cracking, cutting pre-heating time and labor costs.

Dimensional Precision & Surface Quality
Performance: Thickness tolerance within ± 0.3 mm (exceeds EN 10029 Class B); flatness ≤3 mm/m.
Process: Automatic Gauge Control (AGC) and 11-roll heavy precision levelers ensure accurate fit-up during hull construction.
