Engineering Features


Micro-alloying (Nb, V, Ti) and TMCP processing provide high yield strength, enabling up to 30%–40% weight reduction compared to S355 steel while maintaining structural performance.

 

Low sulfur content (≤ 0.015%) and sulfide shape control minimize edge cracking during 180° cold bending, lowering scrap rates in press forming.

 

Low carbon content (≤ 0.12%) and a low CEV (≤ 0.38%) ensure reliable weldability across standard MIG/MAG, TIG, and SAW processes without mandatory pre-heating.

 

Precision tension levelling reduces internal residual stress, preventing plate deformation during thermal laser cutting.
