Performance & Metallurgical Characteristics
Produced via controlled quenching and tempering to achieve a 100 ksi (690 MPa) minimum yield strength, allowing thinner plate designs for heavy-load equipment.
Formulated with optimized alloying to maintain Charpy V-notch impact toughness at temperatures down to -40 °C.
Maintained at controlled carbon equivalent (CEV) levels to support standard welding methods like SAW and SMAW with appropriate preheating protocols.
Refined through secondary ladle processing (LF+VD/RH) to reduce steel impurities and ensure consistent mechanical properties across each plate.

Typical Applications
Pressure Vessels & Boilers: Storage spheres, liquefied gas tanks, and high-pressure reactors.
Energy & Offshore: Hydroelectric penstocks, offshore platform structural components, and subsea structures.
Heavy Equipment: Mining truck bodies, crane booms, and heavy transport chassis requiring high payload-to-weight ratios.

Quality Assurance
100% Heat Traceability: Full documentation from LF+VD/RH refined ladle steelmaking to final plate cutting. Heat number, plate number, and standard are hard-stamped on every plate.
Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): Ultrasonic testing (UT) performed in accordance with ASTM A578 Level A/B/C or ASTM A435.
Mechanical & Chemical Testing: Full batch testing including tensile, Charpy V-notch impact, bend, and Z-axis (Z15/Z25/Z35) performance testing.
Third-Party Inspection (TPI): Fully compliant with independent inspection by SGS, TÜV, Bureau Veritas (BV), or DNV for EN 10204 3.2 certification.

Export Packaging & Protection Standards
Surface Protection: Application of anti-rust oils or water-based protective coatings.
Edge & Corner Guarding: Heavy-duty steel or plastics protectors prevent edge damage during crane lifting and container loading.
Secure Strapping: Steel-band strapping with wooden skids or dunnage, tailored for flat-rack, open-top, or breakbulk shipping.
Loading Supervision: Complete photo and video documentation of container loading, weight distribution, and lashing prior to dispatch.
