Formulated with precise Molybdenum alloying (0.45%–0.60%) to deliver long-term structural stability in elevated temperature environments up to ~480°C.
Manufactured via LF+VD vacuum degassing processes to maintain low sulfur and phosphorus impurities, minimizing internal defects for high-pressure safety.
Designed with a controlled carbon equivalent to maintain favorable weldability and reduce preheating requirements during pressure vessel fabrication.
Produced to meet ASTM A204 / ASME SA204 specifications, with available 100% ultrasonic testing under ASTM A578 or A435 standards.
Delivers consistent mechanical strength across Grades A, B, and C with tensile strength range options from 450 MPa to 655 MPa.

Edge Condition: Mill Edge or Cut Edge (Plasma/Flame Cut) as specified.
Heat Treatment Options: As-Rolled, Normalizing (N), Stress Relieving (SR), or Normalized & Tempered (N+T) according to thickness and vessel design code.
