Technical Advantages
Manufactured with low carbon equivalent (Ceq ≤0.38%) to assist in reducing pre-heating costs during shipyard welding and minimizing cold-cracking risks.
Refined through vacuum degassing to maintain low sulfur and phosphorus levels, supporting stable Charpy V-notch impact toughness down to -40°C for EH/FH grades.
Processed using 4-high reversing rolling mills to maintain tight thickness and flatness tolerances suitable for automated CNC cutting lines.
Inspected via 100% full-plate ultrasonic testing under standards such as ASTM A578 or EN 10160 to reduce internal lamination concerns before fabrication.

100% Full Heat Traceability: Every plate is hard-stamped with the Heat Number, Plate Number, DNV Brand Mark, and Steel Grade.
In-House Accredited Testing: ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory equipped for chemical spectral analysis, tensile testing, Charpy V-notch impact testing, and metallographic examination.
On-Site DNV Inspection: Dedicated resident DNV surveyor protocols for fast turnaround on physical inspection, test witness, and EN 10204 3.2 certificate issuance.





Export Packaging & Anti-Corrosion
Surface Protection: Shot-blasting to Sa 2.5 followed by weldable shop-primer application.
